On-Line Personal Training: Using my award-winning fully functional app, I will design a full fitness and nutrition program that will track your progress, and workouts are demonstrated in video. Perfect for those on the go, or on a budget. My On-Line service is far from the typical cookie cutter programs used by other trainers. Each program is designed for the individual. All training styles are available, and you don't need to belong to a gym or have any equipment at all.
Private Group Training: A private group including your own group of friends or co-workers. Perfect for corporate 12 Week Fitness Challenges. Have your own personal 'Biggest Loser'.
Couples Personal Training: A private group for you and your significant other. Perfect for two people preparing for their wedding, or just something you two can do together to improve the quality of your life you share. We provide everything you need for fitness in Summerlin.

1. Do I have to sign a contract?: No, I do not require you to sign a contract. Just a simple agreement which is not a legal document, but a description of services and price.
2. Do I have to join your gym?: No, as long as you have a current training package a membership fee is not charged. Our facility is secure so you will be required to have a passkey. ($10 monthly fee).
3. How long are your sessions?: Approximately 1 hour, but it varies depending on the intensity of the workout.
